My name is Anissa Strommer and I have been practicing yoga since 2003 when I worked in India for a semester. I tried many different yoga styles and finally completed my Hatha teaching degree in 2015. Since the birth of my son Philipp I have focused on pre and postnatal yoga as this was a wonderful resource in my own journey.
With gentle exercises, I will make sure your back and pelvic floor muscles get back into shape.
