Info & House Rules

Please …

… behave in a way not disrupting the ongoing activities and treat the establishment with care.

… try to be on time.

… listen to your body and stay hydrated.

… clean your mat after the class if you can.

When & where

  • The studio opens 15 minutes before the first class. Note that there are only 10-minute breaks between classes so the previous class might still be in session when you arrive.

  • There are no classes on all Austrian public holidays. Additional cancelations will be announced on the webpage and on Facebook, and those dates will not be displayed in the schedule.

  • Unless specified otherwise (webpage, Facebook, Eversports etc.), all classes take place at “Yogafusion” (Tendlergasse 11/corner Wilhelm-Exner-Gasse, 1090 Vienna). This may especially be the case during summer when classes may take place outdoors.

  • By purchasing a ticket and participating in a class, you automatically acknowledge and accept the House Rules.

  • Four types of tickets are available: trial classes, single classes, block of 5, and block of 10. All tickets are valid for all open classes. The respective rates can be found here.

  • The Family Yoga course runs for the entire semester and is not designed for walk-ins. If there is space available, you may join after the beginning of the semester.

  • There is a maximum of 12 participants per session. Registrations both online and drop-in will be handles on a “first come, first served” basis.

Cancelation policy

  • Cancelation more than 24 hours before a session is free of charge, and if paid in advance, the ticket will be refunded in full. For cancelations less than 24 hours before class (or not at all), the ticket will be refunded but a processing fee of EUR 1 will be charged.

  • The tickets cannot be redeemed in cash.

Health & liability

  • We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • Participating in the yoga classes is at the participant’s own risk.

  • The participant confirms not to suffer from any contagious diseases and that there are no medical indications against practicing yoga. Pregnancy, chronic or acute diseases (physical or mental) have to be reported to the instructor or the proprietor.

  • The classes do not act as a therapy or healing program. They do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment or medication. The instructor reserves the right to decline participation in the class based on their own assessment of the participant’s health condition.

Privacy & data

  • The participant’s data will be treated as confidential and are subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation. They will only be used for course management for the fulfillment of the contract and will not be passed on to third parties.

  • The participant agrees that their data will be saved for the duration of participation and 10 years after the last visit, given there are no outstanding bills.
